I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Our recent trip to the CWSI corporate office and manufacturing facility was a very unique experience.

I was extremely impressed with the product orientation and training you and the CWSI staff put together. The instructors were very knowledgeable about the products and kept the class interesting. In my 20+ years in the industry, I had not had the opportunity of having my own panel to program and trouble shoot during a class. (By the way having the trainers mess with the panels overnight, nice touch!)

I think the Industry would be wise to keep an eye on “Those Guys in Florida”, you have just reset the bar for new product introduction, support and training. Well done.

Scott, as you have probably guessed by now, I am not one who is easily impressed; however, I must say "Congratulations!" Not only to you but also to your team for the terrific presentation you made of CWSI. Your excitement over the many advances that have been incorporated into your product is well-founded; I am confidentely looking forward to training and deploying the product into an industry that has long-needed such a wireless system. In fact, I have been burning up the phone making contact with those I feel would benefit most from a quick installation.

I have been to many training facilities and taken many classes in my time
but the setup of the lab stations and equipment was superb. Kudos to you
and the team!!!

The bottom line in all this is that the product is phenomenal. The fire capabilities are a no brainer. But the wireless technology, as we all discussed, can be applied to anything that needs monitoring or activation without the need for digging, trenching, drilling, conduit, or wires. And now seeing and "touching" the equipment proves what Pete has been telling me for years. This stuff works, and it's easy to program.

We are pleased and proud to be a dealer for the product line. We can't wait for the products to hit the market.

Hey Scott,

Just wanted to say thanks again for the class. It was far and away the best class I’ve attended. Pete and Leteice really did a fine job of being informative, and keepin' it fun and interesting. I also really liked the one guy one panel setup. That is rare these days, but so much more helpful. Howard also answered some long standing questions for me about the WE equipment. The whole trip was well worth it! I know ya gotta be a little nervous about the new line. But for whatever it's worth, I’ve been in the business seventeen years, and I’ve never really been "WOWED" by any product line before. I think it'll change the whole landscape for any CWSI dealer.

Anyway, can't thank all you guys enough, thanks again, and all the best.
